Domestic Shipping PolicyShipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Sun Becomes Her ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Sun Becomes Her is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How long does international shipping take?

How much are international duties & taxes?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be included in your total at checkout. Sun Becomes her is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. There should be no further payment due upon arrival of your package but if there is an additional payment required, you will be held responsible for that payment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
By law, Sun Becomes Her must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
We will happily accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a credit, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original tags must be attached to the garment(s).
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased at a sale price is a final purchase and cannot be redeemed for a refund, store credit or exchange. Coupon codes are excluded.
- Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item free of charge if the item is available. Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded for the item. Please note: we are not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
- Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume, smoke or heavy body odor. All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your refund if the return does not meet these requirements.
- Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, the return will be issued in the form of online store credit.
If your return does not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported. How should I send my return back?
To initiate the return process,
- Securely repack your items in the re-sealable package you received them in or send back with your own packaging of choice.
- Address package to: SBH Returns Dept, Order #____________, 15321 De Pauw Street, Los Angeles, CA 90272.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt.
- Affix your Return Label to the front of the package.
- Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or the carrier of your choosing.
Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed and you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Sun Becomes Her's Returns Department within the 15-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sun Becomes Her.
If Two Or More Payment Methods Are Used:
If you have used two or more payment methods for purchase and items are returned, the gift card/store credit will be refunded first followed by the additional payment method or methods.
